Switching property managers is usually simpler than most rental providers expect. Once your current management agreement and notice requirements have been reviewed, we can help coordinate the transition and transfer of the property management file so the process is as smooth as possible.
Can MEFA take over a property that is already tenanted?
Yes. You don’t need to wait until your current renter moves out. We can assist with transitioning the management of an existing tenancy, subject to your current management agreement and notice requirements.
How do you choose renters?
