With more than a decade of experience in residential property management, Meenu is the Founder and Director of MEFA Property Management, where she is committed to delivering exceptional service, trusted advice, and genuine care to every client.
Throughout her career, Meenu has earned a reputation for her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for rental providers. She understands that every investment property represents years of hard work and financial commitment, which is why she treats every home with the same level of care and attention as if it were her own.
Meenu believes that outstanding property management is built on clear communication, honesty, and strong relationships. She takes the time to understand each client’s individual goals and provides tailored solutions that protect their investment while maximising its long-term value. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to resolve challenges efficiently have resulted in lasting relationships and consistently positive feedback from both rental providers and renters.

Fawzia Karimi
Founder & Director · Licensed Estate Agent
After many years working in residential property management, Fawzia Karimi established MEFA Property Management with a vision to provide a more personalised, transparent, and client-focused experience for rental providers.
Throughout her career, Fawzia has managed a diverse portfolio of residential investment properties across Melbourne, gaining extensive experience in leasing, renter selection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, legislative compliance, and investment property management. Her practical knowledge and proactive approach have enabled her to build lasting relationships with both rental providers and renters while consistently delivering exceptional results.
As a Licensed Estate Agent, Fawzia is committed to protecting her clients’ investments through honest advice, clear communication, and professional service. She believes that successful property management is built on trust, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.
Fawzia holds a Bachelor of Criminology, a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Victoria), and a Diploma of Property (Agency Management). These qualifications, combined with her years of industry experience, allow her to provide knowledgeable guidance and tailored property management solutions.
Outside of work, Fawzia enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and giving back to her community. She is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping rental providers enjoy complete confidence that their investment is in experienced and caring hands.
